Deloitte Ireland EVP
Managing the localisation of Deloitte’s EVP (Employee Value Proposition) for Ireland, from research to activation.
Partnering with SMRS, we conducted internal interviews with employees and senior leaders, combined with external talent market research, to craft a compelling EVP aligned with Deloitte’s global brand standards and messaging guidelines. Our EVP emerged with three pillars: Passion for purpose, Be the true you and Never stop growing. The process included creating bespoke visuals and launching a photo and video series to bring the EVP to life, as well as messaging guides for both early and mid-senior level talent. We also developed a specialized messaging guide for the Consulting business, focusing on the theme of “welcome to an ever-greater impact”, due to the especially significant demand for talent by that area of the business at the time.
Towards the end of my time at Deloitte, I managed the localisation of Deloitte Ireland’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP), from research through to initial activation. Operating in the highly competitive Irish talent market, where mid- to senior-level talent have many opportunities availale to them - particularly with other professional services and technology firms - Deloitte Ireland needed an EVP that was authentic, relevant to talent, and effectively communicated to our target audiences.

Project outcomes:
- I was headhunted by Red Hat shortly after closing out the project and launchimg the EVP creative into the market. Upon my leaving Deloitte, the EVP was ready to hand over - it had been successfully developed, approved by all HOD partners, and adopted across most of Deloitte Ireland’s digital properties and owned channels. The EVP continues to be embedded into Deloitte Ireland’s talent brand messaging today.
