LinkedIn Ad Campaign to attract urgent-need talent


I worked with our Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering and SAP teams in Consulting to run a mini activation to drive applications to urgent-need roles.

  • Interviewed three tech colleagues for a Q&A feature on the Life at Deloitte blog 
  • Created social media packs for recruiters and hiring managers, including imagery and suggested copy
  • Created and managed Linkedin ad campaign across three target groups

Key results:
  • 50k ad impressions
  • 2,7% average engagement rate with ads (industry average 1,6%)
  • Avg cost per click $3,72 (industry average $5,26)
